This policy applies to all editorial content published on Expedixo, including news articles, product features, regional reports, brand profiles, and interviews.

Our Correction Process
Report
An error is identified — either internally by our team or reported by a reader, source, or the subject of coverage.
Verify
Our editorial team reviews the claim against original sources, press releases, and supporting documentation.
Correct
The article is updated. A visible correction notice is appended at the top or bottom of the article noting what was changed and when.
Notify
Where appropriate, we notify the party affected by the error and acknowledge the person who reported it.
How We Label Corrections
All corrections on Expedixo are clearly labelled within the article itself. We do not silently edit articles to remove errors without acknowledgement. Our correction notices follow this format:
Correction — [Date]
This article has been updated to correct [description of error]. The original article stated [original text]; the correct information is [corrected text]. Expedixo regrets the error.
Retractions
In cases where an article is retracted entirely, the article URL is preserved but its content is replaced with a retraction notice explaining why the article has been withdrawn. We do not delete pages, as this would remove any record of the publication and the retraction.
Reporting an Error
We welcome corrections from readers, industry professionals, and the subjects of our coverage. If you believe Expedixo has published inaccurate information, please contact us as soon as possible.
Submit a Correction Request
Email: contact@expedixo.com
Subject line: Correction Request — [Article Title]
Please include the URL of the article, the specific passage you believe is incorrect, and the supporting evidence for your claim. Our editorial team will acknowledge your request within one business day.
Independence of Corrections
Correction decisions are made solely by Expedixo’s editorial team. Advertisers, sponsors, and commercial partners have no influence over whether a correction is issued or how it is worded. Our commitment to accuracy applies equally to coverage of our commercial partners and all other subjects.
