French spirits group Rémy Cointreau has announced the appointment of Carlos Radulovitch as Chief Executive Officer of its Global Travel Retail (GTR) division. He will officially take up the role on July 1, 2026. The appointment marks a new chapter for the company’s travel retail business as it continues to focus on growth and expansion across international markets.
Radulovitch succeeds Fida Bou Chabke, who will move into a different position within the group after leading the GTR division for the past three years.
Extensive Global Experience
Carlos Radulovitch brings more than 25 years of international leadership experience across travel retail, luxury, and consumer brands. Throughout his career, he has worked across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific, developing a strong understanding of global retail operations and brand management.

Before joining Rémy Cointreau, he served as CEO of Ted Baker, where he managed retail, travel retail, e-commerce, and wholesale operations across multiple countries in the EMEA region. He also spent more than six years leading operations for Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works in travel retail markets across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. His previous leadership roles include positions at Shiseido, L’Oréal, and L Brands.
Based in Singapore
Radulovitch will be based in Singapore, where Rémy Cointreau’s global travel retail headquarters are located. His international experience includes working in major business hubs such as New York, Dubai, and London.
